UK standard delivery is free for all orders. Eligible US orders receive free standard shipping.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and 3–5 business days for standard delivery after dispatch. Estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Once your return is approved, send the item back within 14 days using the free return arrangement or prepaid label supplied.

We issue approved refunds after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are made to the original payment method, and payment providers may need additional time to make the funds available.
